  1. Why…? Just for Reddit attention?

As much as I like dropping in Kokoichi every now and then, this just looks nasty.

  2. Is Japanese food actually that good as many people say? They often say it’s because they take care of the ingredients, but many highend places in the West also take care of their ingredients. So why do you think that is?

I would definitely eat that. And I bet it was pretty cheap too.
What is your favorite chain and non-chain restaurant so far and why? Can you give a price breakdown and point of diminishing returns on quality vs cost? I know you know what I mean.

    That looks delicious 😋

    How much did it cost?

Spice level 5 did something for me, spicy in a whoa this is rare in Japan, but not that hot like Korean noodles.

May I know where this figure “consuming this is equivalent to smoking 42 packs of cigarettes” comes from?

I have yet to get past their menchi katsu curry mild with ebi, cheese, corn, and egg. Add a crap ton of pickles, and that is a slice of heaven. I miss them! Your plate looked amazing, btw, and I’m jealous. 🥲😭

  8. have you been to the toilet yet? Be sure to press the music button.
