Some pepperoni and chorizo pizza from tonight after finally getting a spiral mixer 🍕
Maybe a bit too much rise in the crust but super crispy slices. Made these in my home over but can't wait for summer to get the ooni back out instead of using a home oevn though.

This was EXACTLY how Papa Johns crust used to be back when I was a kid. It was essentially a good azz bread stick on the end of each slice. They changed it and it’s not as good.
