Started some peppers a while back, fried chicken, creamo, white ghost and warthog. Winter project stuff in my grow tent. The warthogs are the tiny sprouts behind…

Same seed starting tray all at the same time. The warthogs took forever to germinate, but they finally did. But everything else has grown 20x the warthogs and the warthogs look stunted or something. Any advice?

Warthog peppers are very well known to be slower in germination and growing. They can take an extra 14-21 days to sprout over other varieties. They also prefer warmer temperatures than many.

So, you’re not necessarily doing anything wrong. They just tend to be slow starters.

You may be watering too much , especially at this stage is somewhat common
