Meticulous has arrived. I think my setup would be complete once Motto 80 arrives. Although, I am eyeing on Ozik Bold grinder lol. Hopefully spending ends here

I love when people get bent out of shape about having more than one kettle. I have one that I only put brew water in and one that I use for espresso water for levers. It’s not a waste of money if it’s a negligible amount of money for you.

My new setup is almost ready too…I was waiting on a rolling island with stainless steel countertop but it finally arrived today. Got the water pump and carboy waiting to start use with the third wave water packets and my roaster should be here this weekend. I plan on doing everything myself including roasting so it should be fun.

This is a sign from the heavens. Been on the fence about the meticulous and p80 for my office setup and this is like the 3rd or 4th post this week. Time to pull the trigger….

I see the new edition of World Atlas of Coffee, any chance you read the second edition as well? I have the second edition and would like to know if there’s enough new content to justify purchasing the new edition.
