
I recently started a new health journey, and this breakfast has honestly been a game changer for me. It might not look like much, but it’s absolutely delicious, keeps me full for most of the day, and has completely cut down my cravings for the unhealthy stuff I used to think I couldn’t live without.
What’s pictured:
Avocado mash
Air-fried mixed veggies (zucchini, squash, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, broccoli)
1 whole egg
1½ cups egg whites
Sautéed spinach
Macros: 486 calories, 42g protein
If I’m feeling extra frisky some mornings, I’ll throw in a chicken sausage link too 😜
