These guys used to do pop-ups and now have their own storefront. Mostly takeout focused but they have a small counter by the window where you can eat.

Really delicious. Interesting to find a micro regional fast food dish replicated here in Toronto. Would love more of this. I asked if they were going to have jellied eels too, and they are in the future.
