my favorite tofu ive had in japan is from osaka kitchen grilled sesame tofu and ive been trying to make a copycat recipe for weeks now! if anyone has any advice id appreciate it

    The ingredients are kudzu powder, sesame paste, water, and salt. Kudzu powder might be substitutable with cornstarch.
