

so tomorrow i’m dining out at this place and i was wondering what i should order to have the lowest calories possible or like the most nutritious food compared to the calories while also enjoying it if that makes sense(? i was thinking abt the grilled octopus (without eating the spicy potato’s though). How much would you estimate? The second picture is what the plate usually looks like so it’s easier to estimate. I believe that the octopus would be cooked with oil also so just to take that into account. How much would you say? Is there other any better option that’s not salad? thank you
