I put the inside part of the potatoes into these burritos instead of using hash browns. Also used bacon instead of sausage.
And now in my freezer I have filtered and wonderfully whipped bacon fat, good for cooking stuff.

Solid effort and it sounds good but the picture quality does not make the food look appetizing 😬 I almost thought I was looking at some type of food with maggots on it. Enjoy but hoping to see a better pic next time you share!

I always felt like meal prep means whatever you’re cooking, afters its been put in its containers, can be eatin as is, or quickly heated up.
I’ve never been successfull with quickly heating up 1/3 of a potato. Looks delicious though! What’s in the burritos?
