For those about to type “it’s not healthy”: health is balance – lifestyle, mindset, diet. Most people eat s’mores once a year. I’m not losing sleep over this… and neither should you.

S’mores cookies by @cheffomi

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown butter 115 g
1/2 cup of brown sugar 100 g
1/4 cup of sugar 50 g
1 egg 50 g
1 tsp vanilla 5g
11/2 cup of flour 190 g
1/4 tsp salt 1 g
1/2 tsp of baking soda 3 g
1 tbsp of corn starch 8 g
Extras:
Chocolate chips
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Chocolate

Method
1. Brown your butter.
2. Add your sugars to a bowl. Add your brown butter, eggs, vanilla. Mix.
3. Then slowly add in your dry ingredients. Mix.
4. Add chocolate chips. Mix.
5. Chill dough in fridge for 12 minutes while you heat oven to 350F
6. On a baking sheet add your graham crackers. Then add your chocolate and marshmallows (cut in half).
7. Scoop cookie dough on top and then shape it over the marshmallow and chocolate, sealing the edges onto the graham cracker
8. Bake at 350 for 15 mins
9. Cool slightly then tuck a little extra chocolate into the tops of cookies. Let the chocolate soften a little, then enjoy!
