For sure not the hottest thing I’ve ever had, but for a spicy chicken from a chain they for sure aren’t messing around! The chicken was pretty tasty so I’ll be back for some of the more palatable spice levels later for sure! For the true spicy adventure seekers it’s for sure worth a try!

Why is that such a perfect cut?
I bought some while drunk, and it was so spicy, the sticker said medium though so I’m not sure if it was a mistake or if the spice levels are just extreme as I’ve only been once. It tasted really good though
I recently shot a video of me trying the hot, extra hot, and reaper. I consider myself to have a pretty high tolerance for heat, but I could only manage one bite of the reaper. The spice was caked on pretty thick so it had this really dry and dusty mouthfeel that probably wasn’t making it any better of an experience. The hot and extra hot were really nice, though. I’ll happily go back for more of those
The reaper varies so greatly. I’ve had where I can eat 3 tenders of it fairly easy then have had where I can’t even get through one lol.
I love the Extra Hot. I go there weekly and know the manager from my location well. I took one bite for my friends Reaper and it was stupid hot. My friend grows Reapers and ate it but I doubt he will order it again.
I tried one a while ago and holy shit. You could’ve used that chicken tender to torture information out of me, I’m not kidding. My spice tolerance is just not what it used to be

The first reaper I had wasn’t so bad, the second reaper was about the same, the third one crippled me. All of them since then had a wide variation of spice. But none of them compared to the 3rd one

Im realizing my go to Dave’s order may be a little insane. Usually it’s two extra hot, one reaper or it’s one extra hot and two reapers if I’m feeling spicy.
They definitely vary on spice but the flavor is some of the best.
The extra hot is awesome, great flavor and good kick but not gonna kill you. Reaper as far as chains go is about as hot as it gets from my experience

I agree ive had it a few times and the hottest one wasnt as hot as some other stuff ive had. Not to minimize the heat as they are still pretty fucking hot. Raw super hots can be way hotter and taste better.
Was excited when one opened near me but does anyone else feel like everything they sell is slightly sweet? Both the chicken and the fries had a sweetness to them that was a little off putting and I haven’t been back because of it
When I had tried the reaper when it first came out, it was much darker across the entire strip, I wonder if they brought the spice level down, or if it just varies based on who’s making it.
I wish they could make it gluten free
wow, that actually looks like nashville hot chicken. I live in the northeast and “nashville hot chicken” is on like every single restaurant menu all of a sudden, but it’s always basically buffalo fingers. but this is actually what it looked like when I went to nashville.
