But seriously what’s not to love here? You have the tastiest part of the chicken, a nice sharp provolone, roasted red peppers? The only thing that could fuck this up now is iceberg lettuce…but they go with arugula – awesome choice. Crisis averted. Then you finish it with a pesto mayo which compliments this sandwich in every way? That’s just dynamite in every way possible. The ciabatta roll is a perfect bread choice for this sandwich.
