Does anyone know what this means? One of them is Rosella Purple and the other is an Uluru Ochre. Thank you!

That’s grass, or some sort of grain.

It means they’re not tomato seedlings. They’ve most likely grown from grass seeds that have got into your pots. How warm is it where the seeds are? Tomatoes want to be at about 18C (65F) to germinate, not having them warm enough is a common problem.

That is no doubt not a tomato.
That’s a monocot.
