    Interesting recipe. Don’t usually have eggs in soup except Asian egg drip soups before, or things like Changua (Colombia).

    I wonder if I could get away with making this with lime juice. Where I live limes are abundant but lemons are imported and expensive. I recently started making hummus with lime juice and it’s really good.
