Heh, I just finished watching the new episode of a podcast I like and they made this. I decided im going to make it this weekend, yours looks incredible, nice job!
Interesting recipe. Don’t usually have eggs in soup except Asian egg drip soups before, or things like Changua (Colombia).

I wonder if I could get away with making this with lime juice. Where I live limes are abundant but lemons are imported and expensive. I recently started making hummus with lime juice and it’s really good.
