Finally got to try, I absolutely love it! It has a very nice flavour profile, perfectly sweet and tangy while the hot kick follows a little after. I only tried a bit at first because I was expecting it to be a bit unbearable, but it wasn’t at all and I can definitely taste those notes of guava and pineapple. Most definitely the hottest sauce I’ve had yet, but very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!

I am having trouble figuring out what dishes it pairs well with? What do you guys usually have it with? I can definitely see it being delicious in tacos but let me know what you guys daily drive it with! Tried it on its own and then with some bell peppers for the initial taste test, then in some Mac but it doesn’t pair as well with cheese as Melinda’s ghost pepper does. Tried it on some apples just to be silly and see if it would bring out the fruity notes ahaha, but definitely hoping to incorporate more in other dishes. 😀

Nice! Have you tried putting it on apples? Pairs pretty well!

If you love scorpion and can handle the heat, I’d go for Ashes 2 Ashes. It has a similar flavor profile and it is HOT! It’s the hottest sauce I can use regularly on food and I love it. I basically go between that, Tabasco scorpion, and then mad dog.

As far as your question, I put it on almost everything lol but it works best with chicken or beef. I especially like it on tacos

Im usually saying I put hot sauce on “everything”, but I never have and don’t plan to put it on apples so I may have to retract that statement..

Half the time I use it to boost the heat of other hot sauces or use it on anything. Apples? Hmmmm I am semi-intersested.

I think hot dogs or White Castle sliders are a good thing to try new hot sauces on, not freaking apples

That’s a low credit score snack if I ever saw one

Welcome to the promise land. 😆 It’s crazy but good that their blends are better than their og. Scorpion and chipotle are their two best flavors. But I still keep the og for shellfish though.

  9. I like it on sandwiches and in creamy soups

    I’m mixed on this one.

The good news is that this shit is legitimately hot, with scorpion peppers as the first ingredient, and is widely available.

The bad news is that the guava and pineapple they throw in overpower the flavor of the peppers.

You end up with something that is truly hot, but tastes like a tropical fruit smoothie instead of tasting like peppers :/

  11. It’s too hot for me. Burns my tongue. Plus it overpowers the flavor of whatever meal I pour it on. Other than that i keep getting a tangy pineapple flavor. I don’t know why. I’m not sure if it’s included as an ingredient. I never checked?

Big fan, was a dipping sauce I did in a wing ding hot one’s thing with my cuzzos over the snow weekend, really enjoyed a hotter Tabasco profile! The runniest of eggs was next for breakfast next morning and she shined.

I’ll be honest, I’m a fan of the heat, but not the flavor. The guava base clashes with almost anything I’ve tried it with. Gross in chili. Gross on tacos. Still looking for suggestions so I don’t just waste it.
