    My local Costco only carries back ribs and chuck ribs (relatively recent too). Maybe I’ll ask the butcher next time when I go and see what they can do.

    I’ve seen this, and always felt like one of the guys in the meat department had someone coming in to buy it for them. I saw it happen on filet mignon 3x at the same grocery. I bought it every time

    I filled a cart with whole Beef Tenderloins that were mismarked at Costco once, 9 of them, I think. I felt blessed by the beef gods 😉
