    Don’t get me wrong, the beats was slappin’ but I wouldn’t have hated some commentary with temps and times.

    Not a fan of single smoking ribs, don’t feel like they get as tender as possible. They cook a lot quicker impeding TENDERISM because of the bone heat. But, black gloves so 10/10.

    I have never pre cut them before, is this common? Makes me want to try it. I think steak is way better when you put them on sticks and there is more crust.
