    Let it sit a few minutes on a metal rack if you have one. Let some air underneath it, and let it sit a few before cutting. Helps a ton with the crust and setting up of the cheese

    Put on cooling rack when it comes out of oven. Let sit for 2/3 minutes. Extra crunch.
