Eataly, damn you.

My wife went to a corporate event, cooking class at Eataly in Culver City. She brings home one of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had had.

No recipe?! No ingredients list, no chocolate powder or coffee blend or anything.

Does anyone have the recipe/ingredients/brands she used? Seems like a failure because I’d buy these items in a hot second.
