As the title describes I was making a recipe for a bean salad that has flank steak and I decided to make it in the smoker. Hot damn.

    Looks good, but I would recommend a reverse sear next time. Smoke until 5-10 degrees before desired doneness then throw it on a super hot cast iron and lock in all the juices.
