    I do this everyday for lunch but I add some marinated chicken and Sriracha. I was inspired by a recipe I saw here on Reddit. Let me see if I can find it.

    Edit: [This post](https://www.reddit.com/r/1200isplenty/s/TROxYkrRzp) only I do a homemade sourdough because I’m kind of over lower calorie bread. It’s very filling and a good way to add protein if someone doesn’t want to add an egg.
