*ROASTED PEPPER SALAD INGREDIENTS*
1 kg green peppers (or whatever you have on hand)
parsley and/or dill – finely chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
sauce made from sour cream with a little water and salt
sumac and chili flakes for sprinkling

*ROASTED PEPPER SALAD METHOD*
1. Bake the peppers at 200C/390F for 30-60 minutes depending on your oven.
2. Let them cool and peel them.
3. Break or chop them.
4. Mix them with pre-chopped garlic, parsley and/or dill, season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar to taste.
5. Serve as a salad, appetizer, or side dish with sour cream sauce and sprinkled with sumac and chili.
