    FYI sea bass is not a species of bass. Its some random ugly fish that they just slapped that name onto so people would eat it. The meat is still great though!

    Because knowledge is power!

    Edit: as someone else in thread said, it’s a Patagonian Toothfish

    I tried to make the Chilean sea bass and rice from a recipe I found online, I don’t know what I did wrong but the coconut milk taste was too pungent for me and made me nauseous. You think I put too much coconut milk ? Or I just don’t like coconut milk maybe.
