Potstickers

Had some friends over and we all got together and made potstickers from scratch. I made the dough. We all took turns rolling it, cutting it, stuffing it with filling my husband made, and then my husband and friend cooked them. We ran out of the pork filling and filled a few with ricotta and Italian seasoning. It was a lot of fun and they were all delicious.
