I wish people would learn how to shred lettuce like that I know they’re using a slicer and I know they slice it really really fine because that’s what makes the difference it’s easy to eat it adds the moisture you need to the sandwich that’s a beautiful sub by the way hoagie grinder whatever you want to call it and you’re lucky to have it enjoy it my friend

Love it but bet the sodium content is crazy.

Dimo’s Italian is super solid. Lottie and Zulas might be a little better IMO.
I did have a great steak dip special at Dimo’s a few months ago, their seeded baguettes are bomb.

While I prefer a certain homogeneity in my burritos, this cross-section of fixin’s has a certain maki-esqueness that I really appreciate.
Good grief I would scarf that sammich so fast!!

I think Italian subs are overrated. This looks nicely done though. They are so often wet. It’s stupid and gratuitous.

Such a good sandwich. The cheese steak is also really good.
