Made eggs Benedict from scratch for the first time
I ordered grocery delivery and they forgot to add avocados and potatoes 🙁 That is all this breakfast is missing. I also made the crumpet from scratch (very similar to an English muffin).

Looks fantastic – especially for the first time making Eggs Benedict. Did you make the hollandaise sauce from scratch as well (I cheat, I use Knorr Hollandaise mix in a packet)?
