The Sirha Omnivore Festival, a dynamic celebration of creative contemporary cuisine, will be evolving its format for 2026. After its 20th edition in Paris at the Parc Floral from 13–15 September 2025, where young and innovative chefs from across Europe came together, the festival is returning in a new form at Sirha Bake & Snack in Paris from 18–21 January 2026.

Originally created in 2006 in Le Havre to champion inventive “Jeune Cuisine,” the festival later moved to Deauville and then Paris, where it became a highlight of the autumn culinary calendar. In 2025, the 20th edition brought together hundreds of chefs, masterclasses and demonstrations at the Parc Floral de Paris alongside the Paris Coffee Show.

For 2026, Omnivore’s return within the Sirha Bake & Snack event – taking place at Paris Porte de Versailles in January – signals a refreshed focus, blending its avant-garde culinary spirit with broader professional and consumer audiences. This edition promises an intense programme of chef demonstrations, tastings, talks and cross-disciplinary food culture content, bringing the creative festival ethos into an expanded Sirha environment.
