Air Fryer Cheddar Bacon Potato Skins
Ingredients:
3 small Yukon gold potatoes
5 pieces of bacon cooked and chopped
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. First wash potatoes and using a fork poke holes in the potatoes
2. Next add the potatoes into the air fryer and air fryer at 400 for 40 minutes
3. Once the potatoes are done let them cooled for 30 minutes
4. After the potatoes are cooled cut potatoes into half
5. Scoop out a little of each potato half
6. Then add the potatoes halves back in the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes
7. After that add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon on potatoes
8. Place potato skin back in the air fryer at 400 for 3 minutes to melt the cheese
