Brioche buns, toasted then fried in bacon grease.

Crispy bacon, three slices.

Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and diced onions.

A dash of sauce to stick the lettuce on the bottom bun, then ketchup and yellow mustard on top

Two slices of cheddar on a 125gr patty.

    It doez look great, but simple would be bun, cheese, burger. Maybe onion or pickle, not both. Same with ketchup or mustard.

    I think a lot of places would call it a ‘deluxe’

    Looks good but nothing about it looks simple, I’d probably have used 3 pans on that.
