  1. Or in place of water use aquafaba, the juice found in cans of cooked chickpeas or the water used when you actually cook fresh chickpeas. (There are recipes online on how to make it from fresh cooked chickpeas.) I always use the canned chickpeas because it's less work and works just as well. Thanks for the great recipe, next time I make hummus I'm going to cook the garlic and use your recipe!! Definitely subscribed! ❤
