I typically go for tom yum soup when I have the option. I try to do it without the noodles (sometimes restaurants have it as two separate dishes) but even then I think with the rice noodles it’s the lowest calorie option aside from a fresh salad.
Not so sure the calorie count tho

Most likely the options under noodle soups, followed by noodle curry – just don’t drink all the broth for the latter. Ask if you can replace it with rice noodles if choosing something that comes with egg noodles by default, it’s usually lower in calorie.

One of the noodle soups or vegetable based entrees with chicken, tofu, or shrimp probably. Curries are higher in fat because of coconut milk, and pure noodle dishes can be a little heavy or oily.
