I'm pretty new to growing, so I wanted to get advice from those with more wisdom and experience!

I started these NuMex Twilight a few weeks ago, and they're showing some stress… Can anyone tell what's wrong?

Google lens suggests that they may be over watered. I do keep the soil moist, because they're so young. Should I be letting it dry out this early?

I have them under a Vivosun 100w light for 14 hours a day, with the lux meter reading about 2600. The temp in the enclosure stays around 85f during the day, and gets down to about 65 overnight.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Inconsistent watering. See the leaves? How they are kind of wavy and misshapen? That is either over or under-watering. Properly watered pepper plants will have darker green, flat, smooth leaves. You need to water when needed…not on a schedule. If you’re unsure about whether you are watering enough or too much…you can get a cheap water meter. The $5-10 type. Nothing fancy. Use the meter every day.

You want consistently moist soil…but not wet. Fill your drip tray about ½ to 1 inch of water. Set your seedlings in the tray. Allow them to sit for 15-30 minutes. Then remove them from the tray…dump out the water remaining…then put seedlings back in the tray. You can allow the top couple of inches to dry out…but you don’t want all the soil to dry out.

Hang in there. This is totally fixable. I’ll attach a video on the importance of watering to the overall health of our plants that many find helpful.

You are also going to want to split those two peppers into their own containers. Peppers don’t like sharing their containers with other plants.
