Wife got me the OnlyFire stainless rotisserie for Christmas – finally pulled it out last night. LaBelle Patrimoine bird, Plowboys Yardbird rub, B&B briquettes with a chunk of hickory for some smoke. Probably the prettiest bird I've ever made, that hickory really gave nice colorm along with a smoke ring. I'm worried all other whole bird preparations are ruined for me now.

Looks terrific. I got a rotisserie for Christmas. I’m waiting for a spring thaw to break it out.
