ill bite. i have this smoker. it needs a smoke tube for everything but chicken wings. fairly inconsistent temps. still havent ponied up for a better one tho

I bought a small kingchii for $220 from walmart and it’s a great starter smoker. For briskets I had to trim a bit off to make room for a tray of water, smoke tube, and tray for fat trimmings. I do wish I have a bigger one now but, in the 8 briskets I made last year, I made lots of friends and family happy

Ive had this model since Moby Dick was a minnow. Been a great rig. Maybe 5 years ago I needed to replace the temp dial switch – easy and expensive fix.

Between the main pellet ingredient lawsuit and a recent wage-and-hour class action lawsuit filed by former brand ambassadors regarding pay at “roadshows” (aka Costco), I can no longer support their corporate greed and refuse to buy any of their chintzy products.
