I was rummaging around in the freezer aisle and I stumbled across these now £2.50 for 12 pack. Prawn is insanely cheap so I’ve got my doubt but I’m gonna make them into one of the worlds most famous sandwiches.

Born in New Orleans during the 1929 streetcar strike, the po’ boy was created to feed hungry workers “poor boys” with crusty French bread and whatever fillings were available. Shrimp being one of the most iconic.

I can’t believe how amazing these pros are for £2.50. They are amazing and I’m now going to make a load of cool recipes with them. Definite recommendation. #tryingthings #poboy
