Do you know by any chance why Godzilla has been on PBR cans of late and what “Attack Peter” refers to? I’ve asked everyone.
I had a couple of those while grilling burgers on my Webber yesterday!

This is by far my favorite way to cook brats. I’ll usually pick up a pack when I’m making pork butt or something to throw on during the cook as lunch or just leftovers to have later. Love turning them into things like red beans and rice.
Edit: also I’ve found that smoking is usually perfect for cheese stuffed brats. The lower heat keeps the cheese from bursting out.
