Adopted an orphan machine…help!

So I went outside into the common area of my apartment complex and this poor baby was shivering in the rain. I took it inside, plugged it in and ran a pod through it and it does work so I’m interested in saving it. It looks like the Next version that I have in my other apartment but can someone confirm (I’m fairly new to Nespresso Vertuo). Also would really appreciate any recommendations on how to best clean and sterilize a used machine of which I do not know the providence. I’ll def do a descale but I want to make sure it’s safe and sanitary for first use. TIA!
