First time posting & today’s food plan went well so wanted to share. Posting as a 30y/o girlie with a 8am-5pm job who has weight loss & gym goals.

Cal: 1,394 Protein: 140g

Breakfast: Legendary Pastry & Instant espresso

2nd Breakfast: Greek yogurt W/ 0sugar pudding mix & coco powder + strawberries & Lilys chocolate chips

Snack: bell peppers w/ cottage cheese & everything bagel seasoning

Lunch: tuna, light mayo with pickles & quest chips + Alani

Snack: cut up beef jerky & light laughing cow cheese + built bar

Dinner: green beans, sweet potatoes & chicken thigh with cilantro avocado dressing & prebiotic cherryPepsi

Dessert: legendary donut, peaches & ‘unwind’ mio

    Thanks for sharing ! Ngl I enjoy these type of post. I wish more people on this sub posted what they eat in the day. It’s insightful in a way & helps give me ideas on what to meal prep the next week lol
