Mine is on the Sourdough with 2 Mild Cheddar and 2 Muenster with 1/4 of a stick of salted butter.

The one from the restaurant is on white bread (with seeds?) and the cheese is American I think. Idk why but theirs has a really nice salty flavor and it’s perfect. Can anyone help me figure out what I’m missing? I just started making grilled cheese two weeks ago

    Probably the American cheese. Has about 300mg of salt per slice
