If you ask me fillings are idiotic. Yeah it looks nice in photos, but that rice must’ve sucked out a ton of moisture from the meat. What for? Just cook it separately with a bit of pork fat, you’ll get a better result.
And yes this includes thanksgiving turkey, I’m sorry America but I’ve had it on multiple occasions and the filling is absolutely pointless.
