Posted last week about the ghost pepper/habernero sauce. Tried this one after commenters recommended it. Yucateco is definitely going to be a staple in my kitchen after these trials. For sure spicier than the tapatío, tabasco, and chalula I have in my fridge. It gives me a spicy "high".

    Now try all 100 of the other ones. The only one I dont really like is the black one. Its got a funky aftertaste to me.

    My favorite is the habanero & chiltepin.

    Is the XXXtra hot made from green and red habaneros and that’s what gives it the brown colour?

    This stuff does magic in queso dip! Brings heat and bright habanero flavor.

    It’s my favorite in their lineup by far!

    I like yucateco green habanero but I feel like that’s my spice limit so I doubt I could handle xxxtra hot— How much hotter is this one than the green?

    For the price point this and Tabasco scorpion sauces are my daily drivers. Recently couldnt find individual bottles in town so i just went back to ordering the jugs.

    Buy a jug OP, put a pump handle on the top and know bliss.

    I like how wide the curve is on hot sauce. Some people will think El Yucateca is absolutely nuclear whereas others will call it angry ketchup.

    It’s my absolute favorite. I left it out at work in the break room thinking people wouldn’t touch it for being too hot. Couple days and it was half gone – I’m bringing more when it runs out hahaa

    this stuff is awesome.

    when in Quintana Roo or Yucatan, you can find house-made versions of this almost everywhere and its all soo good.

    glad i can have it at home via El Yucateco

    I love this sauce. I wish it was a bit hotter but taste wise it’s top tier for grocery store sauces.
