I got this exact kettle last November. You’re gonna love it! Mine was to update my father’s red kettle from 1960ish for the extra height and the ash bucket. Be sure to add a Vortex for wings and thighs. Good luck.

Beautiful blue. Don’t underestimate trimming the brisket. A properly trimmed brisket will cook better.
