    Is it a good deal? You are paying for bone. Boneless I assume this is over $20/lb which is about right. Maybe I am wrong though

    Nice deal. Good find, nice trim from those butchers, and those are some pretty steaks. When I see ground beef at $6.95 a pound this is a great deal.

    Saddest looking prime I have seen in a while. The one on the center looks OK, not great. The rest look like select.

    Make sure you pick it yourself in store. When you do curbside or delivery you pay for Prime and get Select.

    UPDATE: I cooked it at 250 degrees for about two hours removing it when its internal temp hit 130. I then pan seared it in a cast iron Dutch oven pan for about 2 minutes on each side. It was ridiculously good with great flavor and incredible tenderness. Reverse seer is definitely the way to get a perfect result without the anxiety of cooking a $46 piece of meat.

    Deal confirmed today (Jan 29). I asked the butcher the cut me 2.5 lb and it was just a little over $40. Thanks for the find!

    I love Mueller offerings. They have a cheap steak there that isn’t at the other HEBs around me.
