Can’t get stain off griddle cover

So my old lady tried to use dawn to wipe down the outside of the grill (not the griddle obviously) and I believe she let the soapy water sit for too long because she was wiping other parts of the grill and she let the soap dry. How would y’all go about getting this out? All I’ve tried so far is degreaser and it doesn’t seem to do anything at all
