After nearly two years in the making, Tutto Mare brings its Mediterraneaninspired flair to the city as the first and only intracoastal waterfront restaurant. Part of the Tutto il Giorno Restaurant Group portfolio, Tutto Mare offers coastal Mediterranean cuisine, complete with signature dishes that bring flavors of the Aegean to the city. Standouts from executive chef Agostino Petrosino and chef de cuisine Carmine Nozzolino include branzino acqua pazza, fritto misto, insalata di mare and paccheri con frutti di mare.
Located at the historic Royal Poinciana Playhouse, Tutto Mare marks a rebirth for the area, bringing a new vision to the district. Led by the husband-and-wife team Gianpaolo de Felice and Gabby Karan de Felice, the restaurant brings a delicious dining experience unique to the area. “With Tutto Mare, we wanted to honor the rich history of the Playhouse while introducing our vision of coastal Mediterranean dining to Palm Beach,” shares Gabby Karan de Felice, co-founder and designer of the Tutto il Giorno restaurant group.
The chic 200-seat dining room features an sleek bar and soaring 12-foot oak-beamed vaulted ceilings.
Designed by Gabby de Felice and Donna Karan in collaboration with Dominic Kozerski and Enrico Bonetti of Bonetti Kozerski Architecture, the restaurant incorporates a warm material palette of oak, travertine and teak, while honoring the historic site and embracing its natural waterfront surroundings. Inside, guests will find a 200-seat dining room with striking 12-foot vaulted oak-beamed ceilings. Complete with a bar, a private dining room, and two wine rooms, the heart of the restaurant is the Celebrity Room, which serves as an ode to the historical significance of the Playhouse. Featuring caricatures of over 100 actors and celebrities of the 1950s, such as Clark Gable, Joan Crawford and Fred Astaire, the Celebrity Room is a restored beauty for private dining. Outside, the 1,200-square-foot terrace overlooks the pristine waters of Lake Worth Lagoon and Palm Harbor Marina.
