really wish i had weighed this one but i did not. it was about 6" long and maybe 1.5" wide. half an egg embedded in the bread, two pieces of ham under the cheese. i believe there was ricotta (or some type of very soft cheese) under the top layer of mozz.

I see people guessing 600+ but I’d only say about 500.
I’m seeing 1 egg for about 100, little over 100 of bread, 100 meat and a little over 100 cheese, rounded up.
Maybe oil? Its always oil😪
i just know this is from an nyc transplant bakery. my poor baconeggancheese. anyway, ~500 kcal (35 kcal egg, 200 kcal for the blend of mozzarella and ricotta cheese, 70 kcals meat, and 200 kcal for the slice)
