
1 small white cabbage (≈800 g–1 kg)
200 g minced meat (beef or beef–lamb mix, low fat if possible)
medium onion, finely chopped
1–2 cloves garlic (optional)
1–2 tbsp olive oil
(for diet version: 1 tbsp is enough)
1 tbsp tomato/paprika/gochujang paste
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt & black pepper
1–1½ cups hot water
Chop 1 small cabbage and 1 onion.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, sauté onion, add 200 g low-fat minced meat and cook until browned.
Stir in 1 tbsp tomato paste, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Add cabbage, mix well, pour in 1–1½ cups hot water.
Cover and simmer 30–40 minutes until very soft.
