Went with the asparagus this week – going to probably stick with butter-fried carrots in the future
Delicious as usual, and, as always, really wish the portions were larger – even extra couscous would really help

Had this one last night too, with green beans for the veg. It seemed like I got a lot less cilantro than I have in the past, my zesty cilantro sauce was lacking
