    * Sourdough [English muffin recipe](https://youtu.be/Z55zwFhByyE?si=ay9845MMWM0CUoqr&t=338) by Brian Lagerstrom (x3)
    * Squishy [burger buns recipe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgOPS52e59E) also by Brian Lagerstrom (x2)
    * Jalapeno cheddar/sesame [bagels recipe ](https://www.chainbaker.com/scalded-bagels/)by Chain Baker (his recipe only make two bagels so I x6 the recipe)

Sandwiches include either ham or sausage, fried egg, and cheese. Random choosing of either pepper jack, sharp cheddar, provolone, or American singles.

I’ve been asked before how long it takes me to do these kind of preps. I always guessed but this time I tracked my times/steps. [https://i.imgur.com/X5eG2to.jpeg](https://i.imgur.com/X5eG2to.jpeg) – Most of the time I like to prep the dough the night before and let the dough rise in the fridge. Plans changed and I had to make everything the morning of.

I made this prep specifically for my fiancé to take to work. He leaves super early in the morning and enjoys his coffee/breakfast while he does paperwork. This way he can just take a freezer bag full of sandwiches, place them in his personal fridge, and enjoy breakfast throughout the week. I’ve been more into eating yogurt/granola or oatmeal lately so it works out.

Take frozen sandwiches out of the freezer the night before, let them thaw in the fridge, and microwave for 2-3 mins. I like to reheat sandwiches in a 325F oven for 15-20 mins.

If you’re going to fry your eggs for meal prep, I recommend frying until the egg yolks are just set. You still want them pretty loose. That way when you go to reheat your sandwich, the yolk turns into more a custardy/set consistency.

Are you prepping for the Fire Department? That’s a lot of sammiches …

  8. ForeAmigo

Amazing! I was going to ask how well the fried eggs held up to freezing but sounds like they hold up well

I’m just so amazed by this level of home made, and the organization that went into it. Your husband is a lucky man!

  10. I’ve watched your posts over the last couple years and they always look amazing, your fiancé is lucky to have you.

One question, do you have a normal job?

I love to cook, but no idea how I’d ever be able to make the sheer volume of high quality from scratch food being employed full time.

Looks so good. Do you barely toast before freezing ? Mine always turn out like bricks 🧱
