    Octopus is so underrated in the US. Wife is from Spain and they eat a lot of it over there.

    If it’s cooked well, it’s the best seafood imo.

    Why’d you not put your finger over the blade to hold the octopus when you sliced it, but you did with the steak slices?

    Steak looks great but the octopus looks like rubber.

    As an aide, is that sofrito? Or just chimichurri? Either way, it looks really good

    I mean this looks absolutely incredible but I’m fuming about a seemingly identical chimmichurri going onto both proteins.

    Got to have layers to the flavourisms surely!
